When you email us, we process your contact details, organisation, role and message content so that we can assess and respond to your non-confidential enquiry and maintain appropriate correspondence records. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interests in receiving and responding to corporate and research enquiries. Steps requested before entering a contract may provide an additional basis where applicable.
Do not send confidential, sensitive or special-category personal information through the enquiry address.
This website and its enquiry mailbox are hosted by IONOS. For website delivery, security and stability, IONOS processes technical information including the requested page or file, referrer, browser and device information, access time and an IP address anonymised after collection. IONOS states that this hosting information is retained for eight weeks.
IONOS SiteAnalytics is enabled by default and processes comparable technical information using log files or a pixel for statistical evaluation and technical optimisation. IONOS states that SiteAnalytics does not use cookies and anonymises IP addresses directly after transmission. The website itself does not include advertising, third-party analytics, contact forms or optional tracking scripts.
Information is available only to the company and service providers that support the website and email service where necessary. IONOS acts as the hosting and email provider. The enquiry mailbox forwards a copy of incoming messages to a company-controlled Gmail account so enquiries can be monitored and answered; Google may therefore process those copies under its applicable locations and safeguards. We do not sell enquiry information or use it for automated marketing. IONOS states that its Web Hosting visitor data is not passed to third parties or transferred to countries outside the EU. Email delivery may also involve the sender’s or recipient’s own email provider and its processing locations and safeguards.
Closed routine enquiries are deleted after 12 months. Active correspondence is kept only while necessary and reviewed at least annually. Information required for contractual, legal, regulatory or legal-claim purposes may be retained for the applicable period. IONOS states that Web Hosting visitor data is retained for eight weeks.
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct or erase your personal information, restrict or object to its processing, and receive information about how it is used. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
